Steve Smothers

Steve is the lead equipping pastor and a senior leader of Sozo Church in San Marcos, Texas. He is the author of Seeing through a Better Lens and founder of Better Covenant Living, a ministry that equips and empowers leaders and churches to live from the right side of the cross.

As a vocational minister, senior pastor and church planter of 30+ years, Steve’s passions is to help foster a multigenerational movement of the goodness of the Father. Steve and his wife, Lesa, have been married for thirty-five years and have four sons, three daughters-in-law and one grandson.
